Thursday Home Tour ~ It Could Be Yours!

I can't believe it is the middle of January.
The temperatures have been so warm here these past few days it feels as if summer is right around the corner.  Summer will be here before we know it, so let's head off to a gorgeous beach retreat...
Welcome to Baxley!

This newly renovated ocean front house is located in Pawleys Island, SC which is just a little south from the Myrtle Beach area.  There are multiple living areas, 6 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms with room to sleep 14, so there is plenty of room for everyone.

The main living area is upstairs.  It is spacious and opens onto a full length screened porch.

This upper living area also includes the kitchen, dining area, a small sitting area, and three bedrooms too.

The bedrooms are bright and cheerful.

There is an upper level that includes two additional bedrooms which can only be accessed by a spiral staircase.   What a view!

This is the ground floor living area with three additional bedrooms just off to the sides.

Sit back and relax on one of the screened porches, open porches, decks, or in the gazebo.  No matter where you are, the views are amazing!

Pawleys Island has long been known as a family vacation destination that is rich in natural beauty and history.  Just a few of the many attractions for families to enjoy are golf, shopping, low country dining, water parks, museums, and even a zoo!  Experiencing the white sand and southern charm is what makes this beach location a favorite and this vacation rental can be yours for an average of $514 a night.  That's fantastic considering it sleeps 14!

What do you think; wouldn't you love to bring your family here for vacation?

  1. Cindy, what beautiful views. Sounds like a great vacation get-away for a large family. I have never been to Pawley's Island, but it looks amazing!

  2. Oh my, that view and the beach and the ocean and the screened porch, done. The house I would change up a lot but location, location, location speaks volumes here. I'd LOVE to live there!
