I am so excited to share another historical charmer with you today.
This stunning home is over 130 years old and she still looks amazing!
Welcome to 620 Prince Street in Georgetown, SC...
Circa 1882, this home is located in the heart of Georgetown and is on the National Historic Registry.
Just inside is the large entrance hall with a stairway leading to the upper level.
To the right is the living room and to the left is the dining room
This home still has the original wood floors, beautiful molding and gas fireplaces with decorative mantels in most every room. There are four bedrooms, five bathrooms and over 4,000 square feet.
The living room is large with a relaxed formal feel. Notice the beautiful view through the front windows; the old oaks are beautiful!
The dining room is large and I especially like the bay window located on the far side of the room.
The butler's pantry is just off to the right of the dining room and leads into the kitchen.
The backside of the entrance hall also leads to the kitchen. See the doorway beneath the stairs? It leads to a basement that would make for an amazing wine cellar.
The kitchen is large and perfect for entertaining. There is a wine fridge, gas cook top, double ovens and the list goes on. This room is bright and cheerful with full glass french doors with a transom above that lets in so much natural light.
Open to the kitchen is another large living area with two sets of all glass doors leading out to the back yard.
The upstairs hallway is large and simply beautiful with the gorgeous chandelier and two chairs flanking the exit to the small second story balcony.
Have you picked up on a word that I've been using over and over again?

This home is very spacious.
The backyard is beautiful with a pool, pool house and a gazebo.
Guess what?
There
is
a
guest house
too!
The guest house has two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen and a sitting room.
I love the guest house porch.
It's so cozy with bright cushions on the wicker furniture, brick flooring and the exposed brick on the fireplace adds so much charm.
Well...what do you think? Isn't it amazing!
It could be yours for $799,000 which is a steal since it was originally on the market for $1,550,000!
I hope you enjoyed the tour...please leave a comment so I'll know you did!
