Thursday Home Tour ~ It Could Be Yours!

Do I have a treat for you today?  Well, yes I do.
It's never too late to be a cowgirl; so saddle up!

Today we are touring this 1860's farmhouse that may just bring out the rancher in you.
Morning Star Ranch is a rustic log cabin on 160 acres in Fredericksburg, TX.  Updated and opened as a guesthouse in 1993, there are 160 acres to explore which makes this the perfect place to experience the Texas Hill Country.

Surrounded by wide open spaces, old oak trees and cows;
this cozy porch is the perfect spot to enjoy nature during the day and star gaze in the evenings.

To step inside is to step back in time...

History, romance and relaxation...plan your Texas getaway!
It could be yours for a weekend, week, month, or who knows...you may not want to leave this sweet vacation rental and ask to stay on as a cowgirl!

  2. Wow! I'm always so in awe when others find these little farmhouses in Texas. They are truly disappearing. I hope someone will love this one. :)

  3. Amazing little place. What fun to 'visit' there. I don't think I could live out like that anymore but it sure would be fun to take an extended stay there. xo Diana

  6. OH My - I am drooling... How sweet this home is and the best part is being on all that land with no neighbors. Yep, I could live out the rest of my life there. I would have to add a chandelier or two and replace that modern tub with a claw foot tub.. but I could marry that home. I recently bought a TINY farmhouse in the mountains of NC and I am making it my own.. but oh how I would love to have that land and be way out from any town like this adorable home is. Just lovely.
