Thursday Home Tour ~ It Could Be Yours!

Casual Luxury best describes the home we will be touring today.
This custom home, built in South Carolina low country style, was designed with casual living and entertaining in mind.  Much attention was given to detail; including a metal roof, antique heart pine floors, "two over two" windows, large porches, and 9 ft. ceilings throughout.  This home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 6,151 sq. ft., and sits on a beautiful 1 1/2 acre Winyah Bay waterfront lot.

Let's get on with the tour...

Beautiful water views can be enjoyed from most every room in the house.

The master suite is located on the first floor.  The views are amazing and double doors open onto a comfortable lounging porch.

The guest bedrooms are spacious with bright colors and beds dressed in cozy linens.

This porch is huge and South Carolina summers are hot!
Lined with rocking chairs for enjoying the water view, this porch also has ceiling fans to ensure a cool breeze during those hot summer days.

I hope you enjoyed the tour.
Isn't this a beautiful home; it could be yours...

  1. Love the entry and the huge porch...also love the use of textiles in the bedrooms...the use of color throughout the home is a welcome change from white...don't get me wrong, I've seen some gorgeous all-white homes that are very charming and warm...but white just because it is a trend? no thanks...

  3. If I didn't live in a neighborhood, I'd love to have a porch like that.
