Rain, rain, rain!

We really needed some rain after the long dry spell we've had,
but due to hurricane Joaquin we are getting much more than I was hoping for.
With the already historic flooding across North and South Carolina records are being broken for both rainfall and creek levels.  I sure hope we'll be seeing some sunshine soon.
For those of you closer in, stay safe and on high ground!

    I hope you all will survive the weather ok. It was raining and the wind was howling in central Ky on Saturday. Freezing too. But we had sunshine today. I hope you don't have evacuation warnings...or are that close to the coast. We were in Hilton Head week before last...and it was gray and rainy some of the days. BooHoo.

    The flooding is terrible, it breaks my heart just watching the news, so sad that so many people have lost so much!
