Christmas Bird Centerpiece

Around here,
it's all about keeping things easy this Christmas.

Adding simple but cheerful Christmas touches,
like this quick and easy Christmas Bird Centerpiece...

For a little something to go on the trunk in the great room
I gathered a few things from my Christmas stash...

Here's what I used...

Cake stand...

A fluffy little bird...

A birds nest.
The pinecones, berries and moss were already attached...

Styrofoam glitter balls...

A sprig of greenery with little red berries,
you can see the Cello snow glitter sprinkled on the greenery...

Some small pinecones...

First I placed the birds nest towards the back side of the cake stand and then added the bird to the nest.

The spray of greenery was added to one side of the nest
and the pinecones placed in front.

Styrofoam glitter balls were added around the pinecones and along the backside of the nest,
then Cello glitter flakes were sprinkled on top...

It was nice making do with what I already had on hand.
Bet you have lots of this and that in your Christmas stash too!

No stress,
didn't cost a thing,
easy-peasy!
