Sunshine On A Rainy Day

Wednesday, March 19, 2014

Sometimes you just need a little sunshine on a rainy day...

This little chicken egg cup was a gift from a friend, the perfect little vase...

I needed a little sunshine on this rainy day,
so with rain boots and rain jacket on I headed out to the garden and picked some!
Hope you enjoyed the daffodils.

  5. Daffodils are like happy sunny faces! Glad you have a garden full of blooms to bring inside to enjoy. Cute idea to use the egg cup as a vase. I'm going to copy that idea for an Easter table. '-)

  7. Those little sunny funny flowers are popping up here in Southwest Missouri now, too! They're happy flowers. I think I'll bring some in for our table today.

  8. These are gorgeous and so cheerful, Cindy! I think Daffodils and Buttercups are more like sunshine than any other flower. :) I could use some of these at my house today; this dismal weather is getting the better of me.

    Have a sunshine-filled day!

    Blessings,

    Denise

We had rain a few weeks ago. Rain/stormy clouds cast such a unique and calming light in a home.
The bright yellow daffodils are quite spectacular in this light. So happy you captured them for us to see.
    Have a beautiful day,
    Suzanne
