It was a gorgeous day here in North Carolina.
The skies were bright,
the sun was warm,
and the Helleborus are blooming.
Beautiful shades of green and purple,
I brought her in and put her on a pedestal...

Hope you have a wonderful weekend full of sunshine, warmth, and maybe a few blooms too!
Hope you'll follow along...
Very pretty flower.....but I am coveting the pedestal! That is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteNo chance of blooms here, Cindy, but I love hellebores but have never been able to grow them due to having too much sun. Just love the variations in color and the dark leaves.
ReplyDeleteI hope your floor woes are behind you. I just can't imagine the stress of the repeated sanding - the dust, the wait, the disappoint. I hope to hear it's all better now, and that the workers have moved on to demo in the kitchen. Have a great weekend.
You just added warmth to my smile. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOh, your Hellebores are blooming! They're so pretty in the little vases, I checked on mine last week and they had their little heady peaking through the oak leaves that had fallen on them. I always get excited to see them. Thanks for sharing yours. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI had a Hellebores in Texas. It was really pretty. As is yours.

Cindy, my mom has some Helleborus or Lenten Roses, and she just loves them. Yours are beautiful in those pretty little vases. I'm not kidding -- your photography is fantastic in this post!! You are really rocking that new camera. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing with us. Your pedestal is lovely!
Big hugs,
Denise
So pretty, Cindy! We just had our second day of rare Texas snow today. Nothing is blooming here, yet! Hopefully, it won't be long before we see some pretty blooms around here.

Woke up this morning to ANOTHER 8" of snow......and found these lovely reminders of spring! Here in Ohio these helleborus plants are Lenten Roses and we will be lucky to see them blooming by Easter (especially if Easter is early!). Thanks for sharing a 'breath of warm air'............
