    GREAT pictures. I love that area. I lived in Fort Myers (before it was such a big city) and used to drive up to the Sarasota/Venice area all the time. What fun that you are enjoying some time there in the WARM weather. 'We have a balmy THREE DEGREES here this morning and with the HEAT WAVE supposed to get all the way up to 17 F. Next week we might get ALL THE WAY UP to freezing. Thanks for letting me remember what warm weather looks like!

    Beautiful shots of the beach! Not sure I'm ready for summertime, but a good dose of Spring would be nice! Summers in Texas can be dreadfully hot.

    OMG Cindy I grew up spending my summers in Sarasota on Lido Beach...we stayed across the street at Lido Dorset. The last time we were back their was about 8 years ago. Loved seeing these photos!
