The sun was streaming in the front window as Bella jumped up on the love seat in the guest room.
She was being all kinds of sweet,
and in one of her playful moods,
so I grabbed my camera and started snapping.
She's a blue point Himalayan and this kitty wears many faces.
From fluffy and sweet...
to bothered...
and when her eyes get big and round, she's making a plan!
A mischievous plan...
But mostly she is down right adorable...
I am learning how to use my new camera,
and since it was already in hand I set out to find the others,
h-e-r-e kitty kitty...
This is Jet and she's jet black.
Let me tell ya', it's hard to get a good picture of a jet black cat...just sayin'!
Jet is very affectionate, the most cuddly lap kitty there ever was.
During the day you can usually find her enjoying a warm sunny spot.
Every shade of the rainbow is bouncing off of her shiny black coat
as the sun shines in through the cut glass window...
And little Coco, the youngest of them all.
She's very sweet, curious and full of energy.
These are her ready to pounce eyes...
We never planned on having three kitties, it just kind of ended up that way.
We do love these fur-babies and our pup Ellie-Mae does too!
How about you...
have cats, dogs, or both?
Blessings,
Cindy
Hop on over every Monday for AMAZE ME MONDAY!
Your cats are all just adorable! Beautiful photographs! I have two that just don't get along so one plays in the house and the other loves the outdoors.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous kitties! I currently have only one cat, a long haired black cat. She's a one person cat. I've had as many as three in my one bedroom apartment--probably only possible because one of them was my sweet Himalayan.
ReplyDeleteWe have two cats and two pit bulls. My vicious pit bulls are terrified of our older cat but sleep with the younger one. Your cats are beautiful. Now we need a picture of your dog.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos - love that profile of Bella!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...I love these pics!! Bella's profile is gorgeous! All three of your kitties are so cute and photogenic too! I just have one kitty named Holly (because we got her around Christmas time) I'm constantly posting pics of her on Instagram. She's pretty spoiled. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful kitties...Coco is my fave! I have no kitties because Hunter (Jack Russell mix) and Oscar (Dachshund) would not approve :)
ReplyDeleteAwww;) Cindy.. these are darling pictures! I used to have a seal point Himalayan that reminds me of your Bella. Such fun they are having! What a life!! xxleslie
ReplyDeleteYour cats are beautiful and the pictures are so good. You can almost tell what they are thinking.
ReplyDeleteI have two dogs - Waldo the Border Collie and Lili is lab and Dalmatian Mix. Both are rescued dogs and are the best.
Have a great week.
Mary
Your kitties are adorable and I especially love the photo with the rays of sun streaming across Jet's fur. I have three grand-kitties that belong to my oldest daughter and her husband and we have three dogs at our home. They are my creative team and have a whole page of their own on my blog :) Thanks for sharing your pretty kitties.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Patti
Hi, I'm a new blogger in town and just discovered your blog. Enjoyed my visit!
ReplyDeleteI'm a dog girl, but I like playing with other people's cats. You have three big-eyed kitties on hand!
ReplyDeleteYour babies are so precious. We do have a dog and a cat. We went for 3 years without a dog and now we are enjoying Belle so much. Our cat Sophie, is so loving and sweet. People who don't like cats should meet some really good ones like yours and mine. They would change their minds. :)
ReplyDeleteawwww, your kitties are so adorable. I miss having cats. Poor hubby is allergic to them.
ReplyDeleteI have one chubby, totally spoiled dog who kinda thinks he is part cat! I adore him! Your kitties are beautiful...I had one once...maybe again someday!
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute!....They are truly great subject to practice with your new camera!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures of your Kitty's. Bella is a beautiful cat, they all are.
ReplyDeleteCynthia
ADORABLE!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful kitties! I ESPECIALLY like the first photo of Coco!
ReplyDeleteHi Cindy,
ReplyDeleteYou're really taking some great pictures with your new camera!! I love these images! Bella is a GORGEOUS kitty cat. I know what you mean about trying to take pictures of a black cat, or dog. We had a coal-black Scottie for about 11 years, and it was so hard to get her to show up in pictures. :) All your cats look so sweet and I bet they're lots of fun.
Right now, we're without a pet, but we'll have a new puppy after March 1st. For many years, we had one dog and one cat, but they both died in the same year. We got another dog, but didn't get another cat. Our cat was a sweetie, but it was just easier for us (and less expensive) to just have one pet. We really are serious dog lovers, but we like cats fine too. I enjoyed seeing your precious pets, Cindy!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Warm hugs to you,
Denise
What beautiful, beautiful cats, Cindy! I really miss having a kitty around our house. I love yours! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteYour kitties are absolutely beautiful, Cindy, and they really have sweet personalities. It's nice that you have a pup thrown into the mix! We are all allergic to cats here and that's a shame because we do love them. I know I would have at least two so they would be company for each other. So we have dogs and I love them to pieces. They also help you practice your photography! :)

Morning Cindy,
ReplyDeleteAll your cats are beautiful, but have to say Bella looks like an aristicat! lol She is so fluffy and pretty and pampered looking.....like she should be sitting on the royal pillow..........lol
We have a kitty too, she is black and white and very sweet and her name is Molly, and we didn't plan on having her either, but we thought someone
dropped her off and she kept showing up in our back yard and I felt like she was getting thinner and thinner.........turned out she was just one of
our new neighbors cats..........but she liked it over here better cause she didn't like all the other pets they had............we tried to give her back, but
they really didn't act like they wanted her back, so there you go................but she is easier than a dog when you want to go away, so that works.
Then we used to watch our Grand daughter dog Rosie a lot when my daughter was going to school and working, but now she lives in Asheville,
so we don't get to see her as much............but thankfully the Lord blessed us with a real grand daughter before he moved Dee and Rosie away.
So that was a real blessing.............
Hope you are doing well hon,
Blessings, Nellie
Your pictures are seriously adorable! I have three and a half cats (one is officially my neighbour's) and I didn't plan on having them (except for one) either!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos of those darling wonderful cats! They make the best of pets/friends:)
ReplyDeleteGlad i found your blog! Am going to add you to my links list and keep reading:)
I found you through Between Naps on The Porch and sooooo glad I did! I have 4 cats and it always excites me to meet other cat lovers! Yours are adorable! Bella is precious and reminds me of my Ragdoll with all that fur! I also added your link party to our big list of parties! I'm also hosting a party and would love for you to stop by and share any of your projects and/or cats with us!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the cat photos, they are adorable!
Marti
Oh how sweet! Bella is gorgeous! We have a Birman that reminds me of her. I have three cats- two are Tonkinese (they look like Siamese) and the other being the Birman which also has the masked face. I've always loved cats and dogs but I find myself gravitated to cats.
ReplyDeleteYour kitties are lovely. I am also a kitty person...I have three also. Three tuxedo cats with three completely different personalities. They bring a lot of happiness to me and my home.
ReplyDeleteAwww.....so sweet! We just have one fur baby, little Abby. She has blue eyes like your Bella. We got her at the Humane Society after losing our little Buffy. We've been told Abby is a Tonganese which is a cross between a Burmese and Siamese. We really don't care what her background or breed is; all we care about is how wonderfully sweet she is! All of your kitties are just precious!
ReplyDeleteSweet kitties! I am honored that you shared at Home and Garden Thursday!
ReplyDeleteKathy
Last night on Jay Leno a guest gave him a going away present of two kittens. Before it was over Jay was rubbing his nose in their fur. They were darling. I believe they were Himalayan.
