    Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving!
    You might find it interesting that I did the olive oil test as well and my EVOO was fine....until several bottles later and it didn't get hard. Phooey. I guess we must be vigilant. ;)

    Great link-up! Quick editing note, it's "mantel" when you're talking about a fireplace. A "mantle" is a piece of clothing like a cape.
