Happy Saturday!
We are in Georgetown, SC for the Annual Historic Plantation Tours. It is a beautiful day to stroll through these homes and gardens. Just a wee bit chilly but with a scarf around my neck I’m ready to go!
On the drive in and close to town is the old Sinclair gas station.
Here are a few gorgeous homes in the historic section of town…
The cherry trees are beginning to bloom…
We’re headed off to tour the homes and gardens now. I can’t wait to share those with you!
Hope your Saturday is WONDERFUL.
Your sweet comments make my day, hope you'll leave one...
Blessings,
Cindy

ReplyDeleteOMG... these are GORGEOUS!!! Love, love the old gas station!
ReplyDeleteCindy , Have a great time in Georgetown! The town is wonderful with all the rich history there. I have always wanted to take the house tours. Every years I say I am going to do that, but since I live so close the next town over, I keep putting it off.
ReplyDeleteHave fun, Cindy. I can't wait to see your pictures. I LOVE tours like that! xo Diana

ReplyDeleteHello Cindy, as long as I lived in SC (which was only 4 years) and have been visiting family back and forth, I've never been there - it sounds fascinating! Gorgeous homes. I do appreciate you sharing with A Return to Loveiness,

ReplyDeleteI love South Carolina. I think it's one of the most beautiful states. A couple of years ago, I went to Brookgreen Gardens and it was such pleasure. The live oak trees are fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your pictures and look forward to the tour.
I love this - they do remind me of the homes nearby in the small towns here in Georgia - hope to visit this lovely town someday - I do appreciate you sharing with Home and Garden Thursday,
ReplyDeleteKathy
Oh those homes are just beautiful! We have some wonderful areas like that here in Dallas that are making a comeback after many years of neglect. Hope you enjoyed the tour!
