The guest bath remodel is nearing the end...yippee!
We chose polished carrara marble for the flooring, so let the tiling begin...
Once the flooring was finished we moved right on to the cabinetry install.
We got quotes for the vanity from a number of sources and I was surprised that custom cabinetry was the most economical way to go...who'd a thunk it?
We chose polished nickel hardware...
The electrical boxes were relocated for the new lighting.
(This blue wallpaper was hidden behind the vanity mirror, don't you just love it? Ha!)
Then the polished carrara marble counter top was installed
as well as the sinks...
For the walls we chose carrara marble subway tiles
finished off with pencil molding and chair rail in carrara...
In the tub and shower area we chose white porcelain subway tile...
To accent the subway tile we used carrara marble pencil molding along the top and
down both sides. We tiled the niche in marble also...
Yes, there is still much to do but we are nearing the end...
There was a lot happening to get to this point, in case you missed it click HERE!
Thanks sooo much for visiting! Please leave a comment so I'll know you did...
Blessings,
Cindy
