    Cindy, peonies are so pretty. My daughter wanted them for her wedding in 2006 in July, but they are out of season that time of year and would have cost a fortune to be shipped form overseas. Yours are beautiful.

    You just did a post on my most fav flower, Cindy! ♥ I have about 10 peonies in my garden, and it's so exciting this time of year as they almost magically grow inches overnight! A couple of them do have buds on them, and I can hardly wait to bring them inside to plunk them in my white pitchers! Beautiful photos, sweetie! I can almost smell them from here! lol!

    Absolutely splendid! Peonies always remind me of an aunt of mine who had them growing in her yard. As a little child I knew that these were special flowers. Oddly, I have never tried to grow them myself. Maybe it's time to try.

    When I was young, our peonies would bloom at the end of the school year. We would pick them and take them to our teachers. I so love peonies and even the little ants that would be there. I love their look and I love their scent. Beautiful photos in every stage. Joni

    These are gorgeous, Cindy! My daughter, who is getting married in three short weeks, wants peonies for her bouquet. Wish you lived closer and I'd raid your peony bush! This color pink is perfect. My MIL has a beautiful bush right by her front door and we hope we'll be able to use some of her's but not sure if the blooms will be at their best by then.

    I love these, and my boyfriend has a ton of them out at his place. What I don't love about them is the ANTS that come with them!! I think we're ripping them up this summer because of that!
