When the sun is setting, our dining room sparkles.
The rays from the afternoon sun as it sets for the evening casts the most beautiful light in our dining room.
Yesterday, I noticed how beautiful the centerpiece looked as the sun shown in front of me, in through the front window.
So I stopped to enjoy it.
As I moved around to the other side of the table, I couldn't help but notice the difference when looking at the centerpiece as the sun shown in from behind me.
It was an amazing difference, in just walking from one side of the table to the other, with the sun in front verses behind.
So much more beautiful than these pictures capture, but I wanted to share it with you...

These pictures were taken looking towards the front window and the setting sun.
And these were were taken as the sun shown in from behind...
It felt like an afternoon hug from God!
"...so that from the rising of the sun to the place of its setting people may know there is none besides me. I am the Lord, and there is no other." Isaiah 45:6
A sight more beautiful than a camera can capture.
Hope you enjoyed, I love your sweet comments...
Blessings,
Cindy

ReplyDeleteCindy, this reminds me of how God's perspective and ours differ. He sees things beautifully and clearly through perfect perspective, much like the pretty shots you took. I try to think how He would see a situation, and this serves as such a good reminder.
