When strolling through the garden, I often find birds nests like this one...
And that gets me to pondering...
How do birds know how to make a nest, or when it is time to make one, or what materials are needed to do it? And what kind of tree should they build it in and on which branch?
Birds...so beautiful, smart, and resourceful.
They pick a place, gather materials, and build.
The time it takes, such patience, so intricate, strong, beautiful.
God is amazing! He created and cares for each bird, he created and cares for me and YOU!
"The birds of the sky nest by the waters; they sing among the branches." Psalm 104:12
I will save this nest and find a special place for it on the screened porch.

I found one a couple of years ago in our yard too. I was amazed at the intricacies. I actually use it for decoration now. I've shared pictures before but you've inspired me to share new ones.
