Thank you for your inquires about my "Special Day" post. Several have asked about the candlesticks and how I decorated them.
I started with crystal candlesticks, acorns, ribbon and of course a candles!
I used two sizes of ribbon, different shades and textures, but complimentary to each other...
Five sparkly acorns per candle stand...
Crisscross the ribbon and center over the top of the candle stand...
Holding the ribbon in place, insert the candle into the candle stand.
Add the acorns around the candle.
Nothing was purchased, I already had all of these items, just pulled them together to compliment the centerpiece.
Regarding the centerpiece, it is a simple garland, wrapped around the centerpiece.
The centerpiece was placed on a mirror base...
And the garland was softly placed around the centerpiece and at the mirror's edge...adding that extra little touch!
Thank you for your inquiries, I hope you liked this little "how to."
I love your sweet comments, please leave one so I'll know you visited!

ReplyDeleteHello dear Cindy,
ReplyDeleteYour little how to is great, sometimes I see things and can't help but wonder how in the world it is done.
I missed the post before this one, but the kitchen faucet that you show is like the one that I wanted when I had my kitchen renovated. Because of a mix-up, still not sure if it was mine or the shops, I did not get that one. I saw it and my heart nearly stopped, I love it.
Hugs, Cindy
